  HORRIBLE!!!!! The quality of their subs is garbage and furthermore it shows the great lack of care they have for customers, their products, and their own business. I feel sorry for the animals that had to die in order to end up in their possession. The meat was so fatty and chewy that most of the sub was inedible. The company I work for and fellow co-workers ordered from here today, and none of us were pleased with the quality we received. This has got to be the worst sub shop in Niagara Falls. I do have to say though, they're in a good location to gain attention and attract new customers. I really hope they get their act together and spend a little money in better products and treat their business with a little more respect. This is translate very well to customers if the owner gives a damn. Wow!!!! Worse Sub EVER.   In reply to management’s reply below, this isn’t just about the quality of meat. The sub was very weak, soggy lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and very limited on all the things that make a steak hoagie good. There was barely anything filling the sub, barely anything between the bread. If I could call and reach the person in management who replied to my post, I’d be glad too, instead of posting my total experience online. Unfortunately the pictures on trip advisor are not posted for some reason, but I assure you they weren’t appetizing. I’m glad to hear you don’t use steakum cheap processed meat, but that steak in David’s subs was too chewy and tough to swallow.
