- Mark G★ ★ ★ ★ ★I stumbled upon this store in search of a pair of waterproof boots (and didn't think I'd find them here), ended up finding a nice pair of Gortex Clarke's (yes, GORTEX!)
The girl working, Amoy, was all by herself and doing an amazing job holding down the fort, retail is not easy whatsoever.
Unfortunately my boots were defective as I noticed them leaking, I spoke to Liz on the phone and she welcomed me to come back to the store so they could make things right.
Zach and Christian were there when I arrived and they were so helpful, they happily showed me around and i had more options than the first time and found another pair I liked even better; even exchange, no problems whatsoever.
Kudos to this staff, you're doing a great job. I will definitely come back again!
